Summary
We are looking for a Recruiting Administrator to support our Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in recruitment who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiters with end-to-end recruitment administration
- Post job advertisements on job boards and internal platforms
- Screen applicants applications and coordinate Document securement
- Communicate with candidates via email/phone/text.
- Maintain and update candidate records in TEN STREET
- Prepare applicant documents and onboarding paperwork
- Assist with background checks and reference checks
- Generate basic recruitment reports and trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- High School Diploma or better
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Experience in a fast-paced office or corporate environment
