Regional Account Manager – Chicago Area (Remote + Travel)
Compensation: $70,000–$120,000 base (negotiable) + commissions

Job Overview:
We are seeking a purpose-driven, self-starting Regional Account Manager (RAM) to oversee customer relationships and provide exceptional on-site and remote service to clients. The RAM will lead client onboarding, ensure successful implementation of products and services, and deliver ongoing support and training throughout the client relationship lifecycle. This role requires exceptional time-management skills, a strong ability to work autonomously, and the capability to meet client needs at all organizational levels.
Territory: Boston and surrounding areas
Travel: Approximately 80% travel, primarily in-state
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless implementation of products and services.
- Provide in-depth training to dealership personnel, both during and after program installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with clients, both on-site and remotely, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Leverage CRM and business intelligence tools to analyze data and streamline processes.
- Cultivate trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed client satisfaction goals and performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Account Management within SaaS/software environments.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to excel in a remote, autonomous work setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a dynamic social presence.
- Experience conducting remote training using tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, SharePoint).
- Highly organized, self-motivated team player.
- Preferred: Experience in the DMV or Automotive Industry.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
