HR Mergers & Acquisition Project Manager
- Collaborate with VP of Total Rewards, HR PMO, and cross-functional teams to set goals and drive project execution.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Total Rewards integration projects
- Create and manage project plans aligned with organizational priorities; track progress to ensure results.
- Establish team communication practices, meeting cadence, and working norms.
- Schedule and lead meetings, set agendas, and provide project updates.
- Coordinate internal efforts to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure accountability.
- Identify risks and issues, document decisions, and develop mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
- Maintain compliance with the HRIS system
- Must have prior HR M&A Integration experience; total rewards experience is a plus
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong communication with stakeholders internally and externally
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
