Senior UX Product Designer

Compensation Range: $70-80/hr w2
Job Description:
Design and refine a cohesive, intuitive user experience for a net-new enterprise SaaS product by translating complex data and workflows into a simple, consumer-grade interface.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Lead early design sprints to rapidly prototype and validate UX concepts

Design an integrated experience across shell, BI, and workflow components
-
Build and evolve a scalable design system to support future modules
-
Create dashboards, permission models, and user flows for non-technical users

Collaborate closely with software and platform engineers to refine scope and UX
-
Iterate on prototypes based on feedback and technical constraints
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
5 years of UX/Product Design experience
-
Strong experience designing B2B SaaS platforms and portal-style applications
-
Proven ability to create cohesive design systems across multiple embedded tools
-
Experience designing dashboards, data aggregation, and permission management
-
Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio or similar)

Experience designing around workflow management tools (e.g., N8N or similar)
-
Advanced proficiency with Figma
-
Ability to translate complex technical systems into approachable user experiences

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience working with React-based products
-
Familiarity with public cloud environments (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)

Background designing enterprise platforms with single sign-on (SSO) models
