Laboratory Sales Rep (Toxicology)
Lighthouse Lab Services is representing a well-established, independent clinical laboratory specializing in Patient Monitoring Toxicology and Pharmacogenetics (PGx) testing. The laboratory has been in operation for over 10 years and is highly respected for its quality, compliance, and service within the toxicology and precision medicine space.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Toxicology Sales Representative with a proven background in laboratory sales and an existing book of business . This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands the toxicology marketplace and can immediately contribute to revenue growth by leveraging established provider relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales of toxicology and PGx testing services within an assigned territory
Leverage an existing book of business to generate immediate and sustained revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, pain management practices, behavioral health providers, and other referral sources
Educate providers on test offerings, turnaround times, clinical value, and compliance standards
Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
Collaborate with laboratory operations and client services to ensure seamless onboarding and high client satisfaction
Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive offerings
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of laboratory sales experience , specifically in toxicology (required)
Established book of business within toxicology, pain management, or behavioral health (required)
Strong understanding of patient monitoring toxicology and/or PGx testing
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Ability to work independently in a remote/field-based environment
