Restorative Nurse - Uptown Chicago
• Develop and implement restorative care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Assist residents with mobility, strength, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including therapists, nurses, and nursing assistants.
• Educate staff and family members on restorative nursing techniques and goals.
• Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care plans as needed. Qualifications:
• Current RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Experience in restorative nursing preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage residents toward their goals.
