Your impact

• Deliver consistent, in‑tolerance parts by following documented work instructions in ProShop ERP
• Own part handling from loading/unloading to basic inspection using calipers, micrometers, and more
• With qualified experience, set up jobs on 3‑, 4‑, or 5‑axis mills to keep the floor running smoothly
• Complete scheduled in‑process checks (IPCs) and submit results to Quality
• Maintain process stability by monitoring tool wear, coolant, chip evacuation, and alarms
• Support throughput with shop tasks such as deburring, cleaning, and chip removal
• Escalate issues quickly to your Shop Lead to protect quality and delivery

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic metrology tools
• Detail orientation and a habit of following standardized processes
• Team mindset and motivation to grow within a high‑performance environment
