Accounting Assistant- CB
Seeking an Accounting Assistant to assist our Accounting Department in Naperville, IL. Candidates must have previous with Concur & SAP software, P-Card experience, reviewing PO's and high-volume coding.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship. Responsibilities:- Completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Ensuring outstanding balances are updated with credit memos that are due.
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly on the network.
- Confirming subcontractor billed working hours, bonuses, and projects.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years AP experience.
- Previous experience with SAP system.
- Must have good Microsoft Excel skills.
