Construction Field Manager (Roofing & Exteriors)
Location: Schaumburg, IL (60173) – Local Projects

M&M Home Remodeling is hiring a Construction Field Manager to oversee roofing and exterior projects across the northwest suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, crews accountable, and customers happy.
What You'll Do- Manage roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, and job timelines
- Perform site visits and quality checks
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard
- Communicate with homeowners and internal teams
✔ Up to $85K base salary
✔ $12K performance bonus potential
✔ $3K sign-on bonus ($1K at 30/90/120 days)
✔ Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable)
✔ Full-time, year-round work
- 2–5+ years in construction, roofing, or exterior remodeling
- Experience managing crews or job sites
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
