Job Description:
Lead and manage key retail client accounts, driving strategic and operational excellence across digital and marketing initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of retail client accounts, with primary focus on a large enterprise account
• Act as the main point of contact between client stakeholders and internal teams
• Manage project delivery to ensure work is on time, on budget, and aligned with client strategy
• Partner with project management teams on scope, burn tracking, and revenue forecasting
• Lead client presentations, status calls, and strategic discussions
• Ensure alignment between client briefs and final deliverables
• Guide teams on workflow processes and digital execution best practices
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional business
• Mentor and manage junior team members and direct reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated digital solutions

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 8–12 years of account management experience in an agency or similar environment
  • Strong background managing enterprise or retail clients
  • Experience leading teams and managing direct reports
  • Proven experience with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio management
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital workflows
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and development teams
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with workflow tools such as Workfront
  • Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B environments
  • Background in regulated or retail industries
  • Interest in AI and emerging digital technologies
