Job Title: Soldering Operator (1st Shift)

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience and testing)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Operator to assemble and test medical and military devices. This role requires the use of hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment to ensure high-quality production while following established procedures and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform soldering and assembly operations using hand and power tools
• Collect and prepare materials and equipment needed for production
• Align and assemble components to build complex units
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Modify or adjust components based on measurements and specifications
• Report any defects, malfunctions, or production issues to the Team Lead
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous soldering and/or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
