Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys assisting others, solving problems, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, delivering exceptional support across multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders accurately via phone and email
• Resolve customer concerns with efficiency and empathy
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and services
• Record customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clear and effective communication
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Work within customer service systems and programs
• Uphold high ethical standards and comply with company policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or related experience preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar tools)
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
