Virtual CSR
LaSalle Network is hiring fully remote Customer Service Representatives for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a national leader in benefit plan administration. Interviews are happening now, and training starts soon—apply today to secure your spot.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Handle high call volumes from patients with benefit inquiries
Break down complex details like copays, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage and EOBs
Assist with claims processing as needed
Engage directly with both providers and members to ensure resolution
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Must bring recent commercial insurance experience
Solid background in explaining EOBs
2+ years of member-facing customer service experience in healthcare
This company is known for innovation, growth and nationwide impact—and this is your chance to become part of it. Training is 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, and post-training schedules are performance-based between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. CST.
Pay/Benefits- Compensation: $18/hr
