Key Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge in all areas of maintenance:
• Plumbing, minor electrical repairs, carpentry, flooring.
• Install or repair hot water heaters.
• Repair faucets, drains, etc.
• Replace switches, receptacles, wiring, etc.
• Install woodbase, flooring, glass, etc.
• Performs other duties as requested.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• English language proficiency
