Position: Jr. Wingman (in training to become Captain)

Compensation: Hourly + Great Tips, Performance based, Paid Weekly!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Always Branding - Deliver a memorable, stress-free experience for clients.
2. Learn & apply sales skills Upsell services, provide estimates, and close deals on-site.
3. Work hard & have fun! Safely remove items from homes, offices, and buildings.
4. Lead by example. Show up on time, be professional, flexible, and create a GREAT client experience.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Go-getters who LOVE interacting with people! Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

Students & future entrepreneurs! If you’re interested in business, sales, or leadership, this is the perfect launch pad or stepping stone.

Coachable listeners and Team players who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and have a willingness to learn.

Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. while moving, climbing stairs, and balancing.

Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
