Duties include set-up & installation of water & ice equipment in business environments, on-site troubleshooting & problem solving, and routine maintenance of systems & products while providing professional customer service. The right candidate will have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, & construction, and enjoys fixing things. Candidate must be able to work independently and represent the company appropriately. Hourly pay plus occasional overtime. Company vehicle, phone, and tools are provided.

Responsibilities Include:

· Diagnosing errors and technical issues and determining proper solutions

· Managing onsite repairs and maintenance

· Producing timely and detailed service reports

· Operating company vehicle in a safe manner and maintaining a clean driving record

· Exhibiting a pleasant and professional demeanor with customers

· Maintaining an organized service vehicle and workspace

· Working well with technical team and co-workers in a small business environment

Skills & Qualifications

· Mechanically-inclined, extremely reliable and trustworthy, prompt

· Comfortable working independently, strong customer service skills

· Superb time management skills and self-motivated; task oriented

· Experience with plumbing, electrical and/or basic construction

· Able to meet requirements of the job which may include working in confined spaces, lifting heavy equipment, working in high areas, and bending down frequently

· Knowledge of the Chicagoland area

Full-time 40 hours per week 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Some Overtime. Hourly pay rate of $22-$24
