A highly respected General Contractor, with a strong presence across Chicagoland and across the Midwest, is looking to add a Senior Superintendent to their team based in their downtown Chicago. With over 50 years in business, this firm has built a reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects while maintaining a strong, people-first culture. This role is set up to progress into a General Superintendent role once certain metrics and performance goals are met.

The Role:

You’ll lead field operations across a diverse project portfolio including:

• Commercial
• Interiors
• Healthcare
• Light Industrial
• Education
• Multifamily

Projects typically range from $10M to $100M , all local to the Chicagoland area.

You’ll be responsible for driving schedules, managing subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and acting as the on-site leader from start to finish.

What They’re Looking For

• 12 to 20 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Experience across multiple project sectors
• Strong ability to run projects independently
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Leadership presence on site with the ability to manage and mentor teams
