Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 base salary (bonus eligible)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the sales, operations, and day-to-day management of a Fresno-based sales office. This role has full P&L responsibility and is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in retail or branch management, sales leadership, and operational excellence. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, controlling expenses, developing high-performing teams, and executing market-specific strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Own and manage full P&L responsibility , including sales, expenses, and operating income
Develop and execute semi-annual business plans and budgets
Lead, coach, and manage office staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and terminations
Implement corporate sales strategies with measurable, market-specific objectives
Conduct monthly quality control reviews and ensure service excellence
Maintain sales coverage for open or vacant territories
Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies to grow market share
Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, and facilities management
Represent the organization within the local community to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment
Proven success managing budgets, operating income, and financial performance
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to resolve operational and customer issues
Experience with financial planning and expense management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build, develop, and lead effective sales teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience with managed care or third-party programs is a plus
