Job Summary

Th e Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, accurate, and timely products and services to customers in field operations. This role plays a key part in supporting well site, job location, or plant activities, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Provide customers with high-quality, safe, and on-time product and service delivery.
• Complete all required learning and competency development activities to maintain technical excellence.
• Perform safe, compliant operations at the well site or job location, including equipment rig-up and rig-down.
• Serve as a mentor to junior team members as needed.
• Participate in job risk analyses and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with customer representatives to promote company products and services and maintain strong working relationships.
• Shift: 8-5 Monday to Friday 40 hrs a week

S kills Required

• Prior field service or oil & gas experience preferred
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and travel assignments
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Education

• High school diploma or GED;

Pay Rate

• $23 - $25 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
