Forklift Operator - Stand Up 1st shift

Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Associates who can operate heavy machinery with precision and take pride in keeping a world-class facility running smoothly. What You'll Do on a Typical Day Operate Heavy Equipment: Use powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move product, equipment, and materials. Precision Scanning: Utilize handheld scanners with a high degree of accuracy for inventory tracking. Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Perform inbound receiving processes and load/unload trailers as needed. Maintain Excellence: Adhere to our 7S program to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment at all times. Quality Commitment: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy and a commitment to process excellence. What You Need to Succeed Minimum Requirements: Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse experience. Certification: Must be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks. Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when the business requires it. Physical Demands & Environment: Strength: Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally. Agility: Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull objects of various shapes and sizes. Endurance: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time and handle tools/equipment with manual dexterity. Climate: Comfort working in warehouse environments that may vary in temperature (hot or cold).

work hours: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

qualifications:

• up to 75lbs. (team lifting)
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
