Marketing Executive Assistant
- Provide full-service support for all financial payments for the U.S. based marketing and communications team. This includes but is not limited to processing check requests, coding p-card (purchase card) payments and partnering with finance and procurement to ensure compliance with all contracting and payment processes.
- In partnership with the Director of Marketing Experience, manage all marketing and communication resources and trainings. This includes regularly updating or project managing updates and posting on internal SharePoint websites.
- Create bi-weekly email communication to all North American employees of all recent marketing resources the practice can leverage for business development. This email requires the utmost attention to detail and follow-up to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- The Protiviti marketing team leverages Salesforce campaign functionality to track all client engagement. The person in this position will audit these campaigns individually in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and consistency across the program for effective reporting and historical tracking.
- Assist in submitting and completing CPE (continuing professional education) requests for the U.S. based marketing team to ensure that clients receive all credit deserved. Understand and adhere to all NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) standards and Protiviti's learning and development standards for compliance.
- Partner with the U.S. based event team and provide support by creating registration and landing pages leveraging the Bizzabo technology. Additional event support may be required, as needed.
- Provide 5-8 hours a week of administrative support for Protiviti's VISION and golf brand programs. This includes various tasks such as project management, creative requests, building emails, maintaining timelines and agendas, updating websites, budget management and other needs.
- Additional support, such as processing expenses for the Senior VP of Marketing and Communications, will also be required in this position.

- You have impeccable project-management skills and are very organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
- You are a quick learner to new technologies and operates autonomously in a fast-paced program while effectively collaborating with all levels of professionals.
- You're a self-starter who efficiently prioritizes multiple requests and objectives into actionable plans and tasks.
- You work efficiently and effectively while still focusing on the quality of the work you produce.

- You have proven track record of being a creative, strategic, and analytical thinker who solves problems.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing/consulting
