- Compensation: $16-$20
- Clean driving record required for higher paying crew leader positions
- Ability to read and to understand English language
- We will consider your application for employment even if you have little to no experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, irrigation, horticulture, agriculture or customer service
- Works safely with commercial lawn and landscaping equipment
- High paying crew leader position will lead a small team of 2 to 4 people
- Entry level lawn and landscape technicians will be gain the opportunity to acquire valuable work experience
- Gets along well with others
- Punctual - drug free
- Meets production schedules consistently
- Can lift 50 pounds to 75 pounds
- You must not have allergic reactions to dust, dirt
- Be capable of working outdoors in hot & cold conditions
- Dependable, honest & healthy lifestyles required
