Inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives Job Details Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits and/or executive compensation law. Will accept an associate or counsel level Skills: Strong understanding of ERISA, tax rules, and related regulations.
Ability to draft and review plan documents, executive agreements, and compliance materials.
Excellent analytical and communication skills. Attributes: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
