Chatbot Architect
Requirement Description.
Chatbot Application/ Solution architect.
Location: Chicago, IL.
Role Description: An Architect who can drive End to End architecture that includes Chat bots like Netomi bots or AWS Bedrock or Kore.ai or Amelia.ai, Shopping cart management and Payment’s processing.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in managing complex enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Strong experience in Contact Center application architecture and cloud architecture (preferred AWS).
- Hands-on experience with development and deployment of Chat bots like Netomi bots or AWS Bedrock or Kore.ai or Amelia.ai.
- Familiarity with AWS architecture, including selecting optimal services for specific use cases.
- Exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI setups.
- Ability to design and communicate architecture effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Strong communication skills, Team player, and good attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including creating executive-level presentations.
- PCI Compliance: Proven experience in implementing and maintaining PCI compliance for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Web commerce, Shopping cart, and Omni Channel Experience.
