Marketing Lead
We are looking for a driven and innovative Marketing Lead at accentedge to spearhead our marketing strategy and execution. This pivotal role will involve developing comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling that captivates audiences across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning : Develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and target audience needs.
• Brand Management : Enhance brand visibility and reputation through consistent messaging and innovative marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Content Development : Lead content creation initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
• Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Budget Management : Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and return on investment for all marketing initiatives.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to support lead generation efforts.
Requirements
• Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Digital Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Analytical Skills : Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) to track campaign performance and drive improvements.
• Leadership & Team Management : Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic Thinker : Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions that drive marketing success.
• Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and principles.
• Knowledge of brand development and public relations is a plus.
