Facilities Manager
Job Description
The Facilities Manager oversees hourly staff and supports leadership in delivering the client's contracted services. The role ensures operational excellence, safety, and strong client relationships while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute department strategies to meet company and client goals with consistency and urgency.
Champion a Safety-First culture and ensure full compliance with all safety protocols.
Foster a positive work environment built on teamwork, servant leadership, and the client's core values.
Assist in managing labor, supply costs, inventories, and efficient use of capital equipment.
Ensure adherence to all contract obligations and operational standards.
Support audits, operational efficiency, and labor productivity improvements.
Communicate effectively across departments and maintain strong business relationships.
Use tools such as WebTMA and ensure proper use of ISIS Pro modules.
Support staffing, training, development, and performance management for hourly associates, helping drive engagement and high performance.
Responsibilities may evolve to meet operational needs.
