Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring efficient accounts receivable operations.

• Process and record accounts receivable transactions in compliance with financial policies.

• Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits.

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accurate posting of payments.

• Resolve client billing discrepancies and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status.

• Experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, Manager, or Accountant.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and collection practices.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE or ERP systems preferred).

• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
