Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - North.

Additional Details:

All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.

Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.

Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.

Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Skills/Experience: Required CCL/ structural heart and high risk cases experience of 2 years.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred EP/IR; would be a plus but not required.

Special Requests: Must live close enough so that they are in building within 30 min of emergent call in (STEMI, etc).

Shift & Scheduling: On Call is one shift per weekday (MON-THUR) and one weekend (FRI-SAT-SUN) per 4 week schedule.

5 days maximum time off

2 references from any number of months (Any reference type) - required for submission
