About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified OR RN in Springfield, Illinois, 62702!

• Prepare, assess, and monitor surgical patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist surgeons with instrumentation, equipment, and sterile techniques.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex surgical cases.
• Document all patient care and surgical activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Active IL RN license (in hand or in process)
• 3+ years recent OR experience (General + Trauma required)
• BLS required | CNOR/CST preferred
• First-timers NOT accepted
• Must have Level I Trauma experience
• Cerner experience preferred
