About the Position: Bank Funding Specialist The Bank Funding Specialist's primary responsibility is managing the trading and execution of certificates of deposit (CDs) offered through our investment program. The investment process includes matching products to clients, building trades through our system, and coordinating with operations and middle office teams to execute the necessary documentation.

Key Functions:

• Oversee bank bid management, execution, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Assist in the setup, updating, and maintenance of procedural documentation related to CD operations and bank funding.
• Coordinate CD bid activities, generate quotes, and provide analysts with bid results and processing details.
• Execute investment quotes and support Trading & Operations with precise administration of all bank-related documentation.
• Issue and monitor Letters of Credit with financial institutions, ensuring timely expirations and renewals.
• Monitor weekly CD maturities and communicate with banks regarding fund rollovers and replacements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or at least five years of relevant experience in a professional setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks related to trade execution and documentation.
