Painter/Drywaller/Handyman/Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities and tasks
» tasks include anything from painting, drywall, light maintenance tasks, and pool maintenance. Snow removal in winter months (both shovel and snowblower)
»Paint turn-overs in a neat and timely manner and make any necessary repairs
»Perform routine preventative maintenance
»Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
»Maintain material and supply inventory
»Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications and expertise MUST prosperously pass a pre-employment reference check and background check
»Please specify on your resume your painting/maintenance practice
»MUST have valid Illinois Drivers License, vehicle insurance and dependable vehicle
» capability to handle physical workload
»Strong problem solving and critical thinking expertise
»Deadline and detail-oriented
