MK Marketing Coordinator
Assist in creating high quality proposals, presentations and other marketing and communication deliverables in support of business development and other business unit goals.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production, organization, and assembly of proposal and presentation content and templates.
- Adhere to production schedule and support maintenance of brand standards throughout deliverables.
- Perform proof reading and contribute to and maintain digital content asset management system.
- Work with marketing team to coordinate internal quality reviews of content development for proposals and presentations; conduct reviews for coherence, completeness, compliance, consistency, and correctness.
- Track and maintain organization of marketing and communication deliverables, including proposal content, project descriptions, project data sheets, resumes, and other sales support needs.
- Update marketing databases across various system platforms with sales and customer related data.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks (e.g., department calendar and production schedule).
- Develop understanding of company business operations and process streams.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive differentiators and unique customer behaviors.
- Contribute to research-based writing content specific to project pursuits.
- Coordinate production tasks, (e.g., dry runs and meeting schedules, draft due dates, and related activities).
- Coordinate promotional activities for industry events, trade shows, and career fairs.
- Assist with coordination of award submittal process.
- Conduct projects site visits to identify project-specific marketing opportunities.
- Assist with developing content and organizing strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow standards and guidelines to maintain content in marketing library.
- Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required, and minimum of 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or other related business to business professional service industry experience
- Basic understanding of marketing and construction business acumen
- Proactive, curious, and eager to tackle new projects and contribute ideas
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate interpersonal and team building skills
- Familiar with marketing fundamentals including brand management, graphic design, and layout skills
- Able to coordinate, organize, and record information, and edit, proofread, and conduct research
- Familiar with Request for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) response processes
- Able to take direction, learn and process information quickly, follow tasks through to completion, and work in deadline-driven team and environment
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and good time management skills
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

The employee regularly performs work at office locations, off-site venues, and occasionally at construction work sites. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
