We’re hiring a reliable, hands‑on Production Associate to join a growing team where quality, teamwork, and consistency matter. If you enjoy working with your hands, paying attention to detail, and seeing the results of your work, this could be a great fit!

You’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality finished products by:

• Using sanders, grinders, buffers, and hand tools to remove excess material
• Smoothing, polishing, and finishing surfaces to meet quality standards
• Applying paints, sealants, varnishes, or protective coatings
• Performing buffing, staining, and sealing for final appearance
• Operating finishing equipment such as welders, grommet tools, and cutters
• Completing secondary tasks like drilling, gluing, taping, stitching, and shrink‑wrapping

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
• Comfortable using production tools and equipment
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift 10–50 lbs
• Good color, detail, and finish perception
• A team‑focused attitude and positive communication style

• Stable, full‑time hours on 1st shift
