Technical Account Manager
Description
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
• Solution Implementation: Translate client business requirements into technical solutions using Marketing Solutions. Manage onboarding and deployment, ensuring best practices for integration, scalability, and compliance. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Marketing Solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams. Experience with developer tools and APIs is a plus.
• Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. Provide status updates and performance reports. Identify process improvements and document key insights.
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed specifications, while supporting client retention and growth through proactive engagement and value-added solutions.
• Client Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients maximize solution value.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our Marketing Solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering technical expertise and support to help them achieve their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients, ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Audience engagements, and serve as the client advocate by addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly. This role will report directly to the Manager of Technical Account Management.

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
