Cryoskin Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and confident individual who enjoys helping women feel supported, educated, and empowered in their wellness and body goals. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, personable, professional, and comfortable having conversations around women’s bodies, body confidence, and wellness services.

Cryoskin is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that supports slimming, toning, and skin tightening. Full training will be provided, but the right personality, professionalism, and sales mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

The Cryoskin Technician will be responsible for:

• Performing Cryoskin treatments in a professional, comfortable, and supportive manner
• Educating clients on Cryoskin services, treatment plans, and package options
• Creating a welcoming and confident experience for each client
• Talking comfortably with women about their wellness, body, and treatment goals
• Recommending services and packages based on client needs
• Supporting sales goals through consultations, follow-ups, and client education
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
• Staying on time and managing appointments responsibly
• Representing Live In Wellness with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Participating in promotional events, presentations, and community education when needed

Sales Focus

This role is not only treatment-based — it is also a client relationship and sales position. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable educating clients, explaining the value of Cryoskin services, encouraging package purchases, and following up with potential and current clients.

We are looking for someone who can build trust, communicate clearly, and help clients feel excited and confident about beginning or continuing their Cryoskin journey.

Experience

Previous experience in wellness, beauty, spa services, sales, customer service, health coaching, or body contouring is helpful but not required.

All Cryoskin training will be provided.

Position Requirements

• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must be comfortable discussing body goals and working in close proximity to clients
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be comfortable with sales and client education
• Must be willing to learn treatment protocols and follow procedures
• Must be professional, motivated, and self-directed
