Host
Elske is a Michelin starred and James Beard nominated restaurant from Chefs David and Anna Posey
We are looking for a part time host. Candidates must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights
For their role in directly assisting guests, we include our hosts in the tip pool.
Duties include:
-Helping manage the flow and plotting of the reservation book,
-Greeting guests warmly and checking coats if needed,
-Managing overflow and taking drink orders for waiting guests,
-Directing information back and forth with the floor staff in regards to plotting and turn times,
-Ability to describe all aspects of the food and beverage menus,
3 weeks of paid time off per year (during our annual winter and summer closures)
