Strategy and Operations Lead, Gemini and GenAI
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- MBA or an advanced degree.
- Experience leading large, complex projects and delivering end-to-end outcomes.
- Ability to proactively identify and assess strategic opportunities, with a strong understanding of their potential impact on business growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and design creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment among different stakeholders.
- Formulate data acquisition strategies by deeply understanding complex GDM needs and translating them into actionable sourcing strategies and partnership opportunities for third-party data for Gemini.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business development leadership, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving complex and ambiguous business challenges and supporting organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional partners including product, research, marketing, finance, legal, and business development to ensure strategies are effective, and value driven (right partners, right price).
- Design and execute operations to manage the lifecycle from efficient triaging of partnership requests and pipeline management to agreement facilitation, data delivery, and partner management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the AI landscape, key players, and emerging trends relevant to the vertical.
