Your Role:
As an Esthetics Educator in the evenings, you will guide students through essential practices in esthetics, including skincare, makeup artistry, and advanced techniques. Your expertise will inspire and prepare students for successful careers in beauty, ensuring they are well-versed in both theory and hands-on skills.

• Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical demonstrations in esthetics disciplines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Required to possess an Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A demonstrated passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring beauty professionals.
• Adaptability to various teaching methods to address diverse learning styles.
• Availability for evening classes from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
