HR Generalist
This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in key HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits, and compliance. - Work across multiple HR functions, from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance

- Work alongside an experienced HR team in a company that values teamwork and innovation
- Manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
- Handle employee relations, acting as a trusted advisor for managers and employees
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees understand their options and assisting with enrollments
- Support performance management by coordinating performance reviews and development plans
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal and state regulations
- Maintain HR records, manage HRIS systems, and assist with payroll-related inquiries
- 2+ years in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist duties
- Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll software, and recruiting platforms is a plus!
- Ability to build relationships with employees and management at all levels
