The Case Management Coordinator is responsible for organizing / directing / evaluating the provisions of Case Management and Utilization Review. This role may coordinate other projects as assigned. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Quality.

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program and be currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of Illinois.

BSN or B.S in related healthcare field preferred

Certification in Case Management (CCM) preferred

Preferred 5 years healthcare experience in a clinical or administrative role with specific experience dealing with case management,

Minimum of 1 year of previous case management or utilization review experience preferred in an acute care setting.

Clinical leadership and management skills including computer application, organizational theory, human resource management and management applications.

BLS certification through AHA required
