We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery excellence across multiple teams within our organization. This role is critical in driving Agile transformation, enhancing team performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology and business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator , enabling cross-functional teams to operate efficiently in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent required.
• Advanced certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP) are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7–10 years experience in Agile environments.
• At least 3–5 years as a Scrum Master in enterprise-level projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Experience in financial services, credit systems, or fintech environments is highly preferred.
