Agency Mid year/Annual Bonuses

• Prospect, solicit and generate new business through leads, networking, and referrals
• Provide insurance quotes, sales presentations, and close sales
• Secure all required documents and process premium payments
• Ask customers for referrals and explain the referral program
• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships while explaining policy benefits and coverage to existing and prospective clients.

• Must have a Property & Casualty licenses (or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of starting)
• Prior insurance and/or sales experience preferred
• Bilingual is strongly preferred!
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented with a career-minded vision
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Professional phone etiquette and sales acumen
