Service Technician - Jacob and Chesley

We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. If you have experience in repairs, property maintenance, or similar trades, this role could be the perfect fit.

Position Overview

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our company delivering top-notch service, repairs, and installations directly to our customers. Your work will help us maintain high customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and grow our reputation for quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches

· Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of products

· Diagnose errors or technical issues and determine effective solutions

· Complete field assessments and document findings

· Produce timely, detailed service reports

· Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards

· Operate company vehicle safely and use mobile field tools effectively

· Collaborate with the technical team and share information as needed

· Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

· Proven field service or related trade experience

· Ability to assess, repair, and service residential exterior products

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· English literacy and good communication skills

· Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

· Valid driver’s license

Experience in the following is a plus:

Roofing | Siding | Fencing | Windows/Doors Plumbing | Sunrooms | Home Remodeling
