Database Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze completed construction projects to extract actual cost and performance.
- Review project contracts and historical data and evaluate labor and costs. Build database of unit cost for the team as it related to labor materials and equipment.
- Assess accuracy of current costs related to market. Work with estimating team, pm team, supplier, pmo office, and work management.
- Provide insights on cost trends and estimating efficiency

- 5-8 years of experience in excel, building databases, power bi reporting in construction and electrical backgroung
