- 16 patients per day mix of new and established
- Limited to no call overnight and weekends
- 60% hematology, 40% oncology patient mix
- 8-15 inpatients when on call for consults only
- Hospital privileges required
- Own patient panel with mostly new patients
- Competitive compensation
