As part of the respected Webster Dental Care network, our Edison Park location offers a supportive, team-driven environment and is seeking an experienced and dependable Billing Coordinator to join our front office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage dental insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain detailed benefit breakdowns
- Post insurance and patient payments accurately
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve denials
- Answer patient billing questions and support account resolution
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to maintain billing accuracy
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of dental billing or insurance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, EOBs, and CDT codes
- Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must be reliable, organized, and professional
