CIAM Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of CIAM Implementations and Use cases
- Worked on CIAM project as business analyst or onboarding specialist
- Experience in capturing detailed business and technical requirements through interviewing client stakeholders
- Experience in producing relevant UML and flow diagrams
- Experience in preparing comprehensive Use cases matrix and user stories
- Experience in presenting the user stories and use cases to relevant technical and business stakeholders
- Very good understanding of reference architectures for various domains within CIAM such as Authentication, Authorization, Customer registration, WAM etc.
- Skills development through internal product trainings and knowledge sharing sessions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
