CNA Nights Inpatient AdolescentYoung Adult Complex Medical (Full Time)

Description

J oin our compassionate team in our Inpatient Complex Medical program where we provide around-the-clock care in a warm family-centered environment. We support individuals aged 15-30 who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical need helping each child thrive in a safe and caring setting.

Schedule

• 3 shifts per week 6:00pm-6:00am every 3 rd weekend
• Benefit eligible including medical dental vision plans retirement with company match and generous PTO accrual including 16 hours of PTO front-loaded

How Youll Make an Impact

• Assist with daily care routines including bathing dressing grooming and mobility while honoring each childs privacy and dignity.
• Follow individualized care plans and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure each childs unique needs are met.
• Help children look and feel their best by maintaining cleanliness comfort and readiness for scheduled activities.
• Support families by sharing updates and reinforcing care techniques that promote each childs progress and well-being.
• Accurately document care provided and maintain compliance with ChildServe policies and professional standards.

What Youll Need

• Active DIA certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Iowa.
• Active BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs be mobile within the assigned work area and frequently bend lift reach and stand.
• Ability to read write and speak the English language .
