Role Overview:

As a Barista, you'll provide friendly, efficient service while crafting high-quality beverages. You'll maintain a clean, organized workspace and help ensure the coffee bar runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner, answering questions and offering recommendations.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Keep the coffee bar clean and organized, including brewing equipment, countertops, and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• A valid Food Handler’s Certificate is required.
• Previous barista or similar experience preferred, with knowledge of coffee preparation and service etiquette.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation are essential.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
