Customer Service & Cryotherapy Technician About the Role:

The Cryotherapy Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service through educating clients and administering all of the services at The CryoBar. As the direct contact between the business and clients, the Cryotherapy Technician ensures that clients feel welcomed, knowledgeable, comfortable, and safe during their experience at The CryoBar. The daily tasks include interacting with clients, conducting treatments, and managing the day-to-day functions of the business. No previous cryotherapy experience needed - we do all training in-house!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform front desk duties including but not limited to: greeting clients, facilitating waiver completion, scheduling appointments, checking out clients, and answering phone calls
• Educate clients on the exciting benefits and uses of cryotherapy/infrared treatment and provide answers to client questions and concerns
• Conduct all client services including Whole Body, Cryo-Toning Facials, Localized Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Celluma Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, and Cryoskin 3.0 treatments
• Change and refill nitrogen tanks for both the Cryosauna and the facial/localized machine
• Utilize the booking system to book appointments, sell packages, process payments, refunds, and issue gift certificates
• Ensure dressing rooms are cleared promptly between clients
• Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness of facilities through daily organizing, dusting, laundry and vacuuming
• Execute opening and closing duties as outlined in on-site checklists
• Communicate important events and issues with manager in a timely manner

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confidence with engaging clients one-on-one
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
• Interest in Health and Wellness and helping others

Requirements :

• Completion of high school diploma, some college degree or experience preferred
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed. All employees are required to work a Saturday or Sunday shift every weekend. Shifts are 9:30am-2pm.
• Desire to learn about Cryotherapy within the Health & Wellness business' culture
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and works well in a team environment and independently.

We have a range of available hours at our locations! Hours differ at each location, but weekend availability is a must. We would prefer candidates that are willing to float between locations, but will consider strong candidates that can only work at one of our locations.
